BTM is hiring interns for the summer of 2024 for our Oracle Retail Practice. The internships will begin at the end of may or beginning of June and go through August. All internships are paid and may require travel. Ideal candidates are students attending college and about to graduate within a year in a computer science, engineering, or related field. 

Job responsibilities include:

 

• Will work with the BTM team, partner, and client to help stage store registers with POS application, configurations, and merchandising data to prepare for upcoming production store rollouts. This may involve environment preparation, management, and maintenance of internal BTM client environments as well.

• Will be responsible for completing staging efforts as per the instructions and guidance provided; in a timely manner based on the milestones provided.

• Will work with the BTM team and client in deploying new POS registers in production live stores throughout the Continental U.S.  May be remote and at times, require travel June – Aug.  Scheduling will be done in advance and travel will be paid for.

• Will work with BTM team to triage, document, and remediate issues reported from the client.  This may involve functional technical analysis and testing.

• Will need to pass a background check

• Good communication skills with external clients, documentation, and attention to detail is required

• Able to take notes, follow up on tasks and work with all levels of the organization
  The role is assumed to be 40 hours / week and is paid hourly
