Procurement Specialist supports the CEO during the full lifecycle of contracts—reviewing, editing, monitoring compliance, and coordinating renewals—while minimizing risk
and ensuring all parties are operating under an active agreement. Involved in agreements
between an organization and external parties. They ensure contracts are within BTM standards,
guidelines, active, and properly executed.
Essential Functions:
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, redlining, and contract preparation for North America
(NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, service / partnership agreements) for CEO final approval and
execution
• Coordinate approval workflows and signature processes
• Monitor key dates, milestones, renewal periods, and notice deadlines.
• Identify and escalate contractual risks for discussion and review by the CEO
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, BTM requirements, and standards
• Support contract change control activities (amendments, variations, extensions)
• Work with Delivery Managers, Engagement Managers, Practice Leads, partners, and
Executive Stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve discussion points, and ensure
smooth contract / procurement operations
• Prepare reports as requested
• Maintain detailed records and internal repository of all contracts, including amendments,
change notices, and correspondence, and ensure contracts are fully executed
• Identify and escalate contractual risks, maintain audit-ready files, and support internal
and external audits
• Validate contract numbers and calculations
• Attending meetings, preparing reports, and contributing to process improvements to
enhance efficiency and reduce risk related to contract development
• Document and work to refine BTM contract / procurement processes
Other Functions:
• Follow company procedures and security practices
• Present, attend and participate in BTM meetings and training opportunities as required
• May perform other job-related duties as assigned
Education, Experience, and Other Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• At least 3 years working with contracts / procurement processes
• Independent, resilient, driven, results focused
• Experience in software services or technology related industry strongly preferred
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and
responsiveness to support the operations side of the business
• High attention to detail
• Experience supporting and working with internal and external Executives

• Ability to handle and be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Ability to be flexible and to handle multiple projects in an organized, timely manner
