Project Manager, Oracle Retail Practice

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring all aspects of NetSuite or
Oracle Retail support or maintenance projects. This role performs a highly visible, managerial
role leading the delivery of initiatives to our clients with responsibility for Relationship
Management, Project Management and Business / Technical Delivery.
Essential Functions:
• Participate in project planning and supporting tasks to manage expectations, maintain
timeline and meet goals for project deliverables
• Ability to create and maintain project documents, project plans, including solution
approaches, functional and technical requirements, and specifications
• Comfortable presenting scoping documents, project plans, other project documents to
client
• Discuss Scope changes
• Managing consultants by task and project
• Able to manage several smaller projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience with software implementations, in either a solution architect or
technical architect role
• Demonstrated experience leading teams of onshore and offshore resources
• Participate in pre-sales and business development activities
• Draft proposals and statements of work
Other Functions:
• Follow BTM methodologies and procedures
• Able to contribute to other work efforts on the project as needed
• May perform other job-related duties as assigned
Education, Experience, and Other Skills:
• 5+ years in a project management role
• 4-year degree preferred
• Tools/Systems: NetSuite, Kantata, MS Office, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Other Requirements:
• Ability to handle and be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Ability to be flexible and to handle multiple projects in an organized, timely manner
• Ability to problem-solve, work under pressure, and to effectively manage stress
• Proactive, team player, innovative thinker
• Personable, professional image with internal team members and external clients
